Returning an Item
Returning an item to gracie’s gear is easy. Please follow these simple steps:
- Return the item within 30 days of receiving it.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible) and with the original receipt.
- Item must be returned unworn in the condition in which it was received with all paperwork, tags, and accessories to ensure full refund for product.
- For your protection, use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for returning your item. Unless your packing slip instructs you to return an item to a different address, please send your return to:

- Keep the Return Tracking Number you receive when shipping the item to ensure the item is received on our end.
- Receive your refund! You can expect your refund in the same form in which you paid for your item within 30 days of us receiving the product. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we sent you the wrong item or you are returning the item due to a manufacturer’s error.
