How do I place an order for the POWER POUCH™?
You can buy the POWER POUCH™ by visiting gracie’s gear at one of the race expos we are attending.  You can also purchase online, by following the instructions below:

You can use your credit card when ordering by internet. Credit card orders are processed immediately. Your credit card will not be charged until items are shipped.

How do I make a Return or Exchange by mail?

• You have 30 days from receipt to return or exchange the item.
• Fill out the section on your original receipt and provide the main reason for return. Please specify if you would like an exchange or a refund.
• In the original box (whenever possible), carefully pack your item(s), including the tags, in the original condition, and include your completed receipt and any parts and accessories with the item(s) to ensure full credit. Be sure to keep a duplicate copy of this receipt for your records.
• For your protection, we recommend you return via insured carrier so you can track the package. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship the return package to:

• Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
• You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

What is your Return Policy?
Damaged or incorrect goods
If for some reason your order was incorrectly shipped or arrived damaged, we will provide an exchange or refund at no extra cost to you. Please fill out the original packing slip, indicating whether you would prefer to exchange for another item or a refund, and mail it back to us. We'll replace the incorrect/damaged merchandise or refund you the full amount.

Return credit
If you are returning any apparel, we will issue you the full credit due back to you in the original form of payment. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Uneven exchanges
If the total value of your exchange is less than the total value of returned items, you'll receive the difference in the form of a gift certificate. Please be sure to specify the type of gift certificate you prefer on your receipt. If the total value of your exchange is greater than the total value of returned items, please indicate the credit card to be charged for the difference.

How do I know my size?  Does gracie’s gear have a size chart?

Is your site secure? What about privacy?
gracie’s gear will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. Your personal information is protected - when you fill out any purchase forms, we offer the use of a secure server. The server encrypts all information you input before sending it to us. All data that we receive is protected by this encryption and can only be accessed by authorized personnel. In addition, we will not send you unsolicited e-mail and every opt-in message we send comes with instructions for removal.
